Retreat Dharma Talks at SanghaSeva

Unconditional Friendliness Deepening into Tenderness and Joy Sheffield 2016

This weekend retreat will be dedicated to exploring our potential to embody friendliness. Can we welcome the unfolding of our lives with kindness? What happens when we open our heart to all beings, including ourselves?

We will gently deepen into the Buddha’s teachings on the cultivation of goodwill, friendliness, tenderness and joy through silence, guided meditations, talks and Q&A sessions.

The days will be held in silence. All are welcome.

Zohar Lavie has practised meditation since 1995. In 2004 she co-founded SanghaSeva and she now spends most of her time facilitating retreats that offer service as a spiritual path. Since 2006 she has been teaching on retreats and dharma gatherings in India, Europe and Israel.

Venue: Whirlow Spirituality Centre, Whirlow Grange Drive, Sheffield S11 9RX
